Payments
Throughout the duration of this Agreement, adParagon will compensate the Affiliate with a payment, to be determined at adParagon's sole and absolute discretion, based on the Net Revenue generated ("Revenue Share"). The calculation and disbursement of Revenue Share payments will adhere to adParagon's payout policies in effect at that time, taking into account various factors, including but not limited to the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, Actions, and User demographics, such as the country associated with the User's IP address. adParagon will issue Payments to the Affiliate within a maximum of 45 days following the submission of the payment request.
Material Accuracy: User's Discretion.
The materials displayed on the adParagon website may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. adParagon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any materials on its website. adParagon reserves the right to modify the materials on its website at any time without prior notice. However, adParagon does not make any commitment to update the materials.
adParagon has not reviewed all the websites linked to its own website and assumes no responsibility for the content found on any such linked site.
